This project uses a humanoid model to locate and track people in video. I have been able to produce realistic full body animations which match the movements of a person in a short video clip.
The long term aim of the project is to learn relationships between body-part positions so as to build a joint probability density model for whole-body posture. This would allow body positions to be predicted from partial information (similar to Inverse Kinematics) or would allow generation of realistic positions and motions. More...
